In the given matter, you should make a complaint to higher police officials and should make prayer before trial magistrate to re-investigate the matter under the provisions of section 173 (8) Cr. PC. Definitely you shall get justice.

u file an application for futher investigation before Mag. u/s 173(8) Cr.P.C. and demand to chang the I.O in the matter to SP.
