HI,parkaL. Dist .Warangal,AP.junior civil judge in direcly supporting one advocat saying,to me & ,posted the case,
to file counter IN IA and for hearing, though entire proceedings in the suit stayed by Hon'ble JUDICATURE OF ANDHRA PRADESH ,HYDERBAD,AP

CAN I LAUGH OR CRY.PLEASE SUGGEST !

You can make a complaint before the Hon'ble High Court.
Kiran Kumar (Expert) 28 March 2010
make a necessary application before the High court and get the matter transferred to some other judge.
