Hi all,
I am a student in Anna University.A criminal was put on me in my home town although I am in hostel while incident happened...please help me to get out of this...Because of this I am not able to get the passport...Guife me what to do next?????

What are the sections under which you have been charged. As such, FIR can be quashed u/s 482 CrPC by respective HC.

I dont know the section.Can you guide me to whom I should approach to get out this or else what should I do now.
