A MNC Establishment situated at Delhi and total strength on Mustor Roll about sixty. All executive rank persons working there only Ten to Eleven Persons posted at Peon and Driver. Delhi Welfare fund Act or rules aplicable here and Welfare Fund deduction must or Not.

If the Act is applicable then its complainace should be made and deduction should be made as per rules.
