My wife is not staying with me for the past 4 months . She has been detected with advanced stage of breast cancer. I want to treat her. Since I am a Govt Employee, I will get the reimbursement from my Department.
There are many allegations of my wife against me. The most important one being I misbehaved with her. At some point of time , she also said my parents also misbehaved with her. So, I had to stay separately with her in a rented house before she was detected with breast cancer. Nobody in my locality or where I stayed separately with her in the rented house will say that I misbehaved with her.
To my knowledge , she is staying separately with me so that she can claim divorce on the ground of dissertation. If she can get divorce, she will also get my child. She is being helped by some of her relatives.
I come from a conservative family. I want to stay with my wife and also treat her.
What shall I do?

SHE NEED YOUR HELP.
TRY TO TALK WITH UR FRIENDS & ELDERLY NEARBY.
DESERTION TO PROVE NEED 2 YEARS SEPARATION; SO DON'T WORRY FOR IT IN NEAR FUTURE.
Be clear that you want to treat her, and Govt will re-imburse the medical expences, and ou have good motive only.
Tell her that despite all that ; if she want DESERTION OR DIVORCE MCD; YOU WILL FULFIL ALL THOSE REQUIREMENTS/ WISHES FOR HER.
CHILD IN ALL CASE WILL GO TO HER //
[ EXCEPT HER SURVIVAL AFTER CANCER]

If she wish, you will like to stay with her and treat her!! OK

You should extend all moral support to her at this stage. Convince her through nears and dears, elders, relatives and friends.

Sir, thanks for your suggestion. The problem is that West Bengal Health Scheme 2008 has been substituted by West Bengal Health Scheme 2014. The previous health card will no longer be valid after March 2015 ( end of this financial year).
The new Health Scheme for Govt. Employees will require fresh documentation and my wife will also require to put her signature. If she does not sign then the entire family will suffer because there there is only one form for each family of the Govt Employee. In previous instance, the Govt Employee used to give consent for his or her family. But for the new scheme each of the family members will individually give consent. .
I have conveyed this through her friends and relatives but she is not willing to give her signature

This cannot be considered as a legal query, you have to get her signature if you want to keep other family members also insured and secured.
