Process of mutation after sale-deed registration in karnataka

Hello Experts,

Two and half months before i have purchased a property in Karnataka.
Sale-deed registration has been done
but mutation is still pending, please tell me know the process of mutation after registration.
(Any amount have i to pay for mutation)

Approach the concern office for delay, if no proper answer raise an RTI.

What i have to pay?

After registration of the documents you have to approach the concerned officer for mutation, there may be some nominal fee in some states. It may take one week or so.
