Land acquisiotn bill

can i calim on the basis of new land acquisition and rehabillation 2013

in new act Govt can return acquired land if unused for 5 yrs.
our land goverment acquired under the 1894 act. but govt not used that land since/last 20 years. now 1894 act close by the central goverment. so we want to fresh claim under the new act. this is possible? any helpful advice give us. as soon as possible. thanking your

your land has been acquired under old act . award passed and compensation paid to you . provisions of new act applicable if compensation has not been paid

award passed and compensation paid by the government. they are not used land last 20 to 30 years. i think they have no need the land.

New Act governs future transactions and normally will not cover land acquisitions already acted upon. However under the land acquisition act for any public purposes if acquired need to be used for that purpose only. You may provide more information on what purpose it was acquired, extent, when it was acquired etc., to provide appropriate advise.
