Accomdation of house

My dad has an house property and he rented to a family for Rs.7,000/- plus water charges Rs.300/-. Agreement has signed b/w us for 11 months. Everything was goes gud up to 8months. some prob was b/w tenant and our dad. so dad told to vacate after the agreement period.
Unfortunately, the tenant has filed a case against my dad and not moving from ma house, even after end of the agreement period.
Now we seek a layers advice, and they adviced that nearly 2yrs to complete this case.
Is there any solution for us???
Pls help us in this regard. . .

tenant is bound to vacate on completeion of licesnse period . if he fails to vacate depending upon clauses in your agreement he would be required to pay penal rent .
since license has already filed case fight it out . judicial process takes time . but you will win ultimately .
