Sir
A person purchases a commercial or industrial property. He allows his family members including his wife, son to use that property for purpose of giving their addresses, carrying out some of their activities or business. Being father he will not charge them for use nor would he make any kind of agreement or so. Naturally being family members he allowed them to use it.
1)In the eyes of law does it mean it becomes a joint family property as per Hindu family law?
2) If so do all members have right on it ?
3)Can he make Will of this property as he wishes because he had purchased it and was owner?
4) How to prove it is not a joint family property?

he can make a will and bequeath the property as h e deisres . he is the sole owner of the property .
the agreement entered into with the seller would show that that he has paid full consideration for the purchase of property from his account . in addtion agreement would mention that he is the sole purrchaser of the property
