we are company are buying navin sharat land kindly tel me what is navin sharat land and what is nazrana and procedure to to purchase it or simply tell me site's name through which i can get information for the same.

The New Tenure Land and Old Tenure Land are defined in Land Revenue Code so far the new tenure land concern i.e.navi sharat there are Restrictions as the prior permission is required to purchase such land and premium decided by Government has to be paid for the same so the procedure to be followed at D.C.
