can a company A terminate the contract with another before the actual date of supply,on the account of non-delivery of goods, if it knows that the other company would fail to supply the goods on the specified dates?
Deepak Nair (Expert) 10 January 2012
The contract can be terminated only as per the terms and conditions agreed in the said contract, bu giving sufficient notice.

If there is violation of terms and condition by on e party, the other can definitely terminate the contract by stating the reason for the same.

But you cannot terminating the contract under anticipation of violation of terms and conditions
