company is going to court case against govt. of punjab for permission of resort at land in the name of company and director is authrising a lawyer....
can any one give me a sample resolution of that .......?

company must be having a company secretary . he can prepare the resolution for filing court case.

for authorising lawyer company just needs to sign vakaltanama . it would suffice .

ask company secretary for same. without whole facts, resolution could not be provided.

By keeping yourself anonymous, you cannot expect such type of help from experts, when company secretary is supposed to be legal expert within your organisation.

CS cannot manage company affairs!do not have resolution!! Looks to be extra ordinary competent company , saving on legal expenses to get resolutions on this platform
