Property Tax

Hi, I am a resident of Bangalore & got my flat registered in Apr 2009. Now I need to pay the property tax.

I assume I need to pay for 3 yrs (2009-2010, 2010-2011 & 2011-2012). I asked my builder whether he had paid till 2008, he says he had paid only for land till 2008 and not for any of the flats in my apartment & says that is enough.

Can u let me know whether this is correct? Thanks.

just collect the arrear amount's detail from the corporation. then you can clear the arrear sir..

When did your builder get completion certificate from the corporation?
