i am form maharashtra studying law 6 months ago there is a question in mind that what is the pecuniary jurisdiction of the bombay high court in any matter also related with original, appellate jurisdiction ? small causes court pecuniary jurisdiction ? bombay city civil court pecuniary jurisdiction ? & how to known that pecuniary jurisdiction is changed or not ? Pls help me out to solve the problem either form any book or any side or post the answer here pls because any of the act has not define the pecuniary jurisdiction ?
