not paid full and final amount

dear experts

i resigned from a pvt hospital ( trust ) from the post of account assistant before some days ( 24 hour resignation)
they are not clear my account.

i already request many time and he say we will not clear your account you can do anything.

pls help me what i do .

File a civil suit for recovery of money or criminal case for criminal breach of trust.

You have resigned from the post of account assistant. Thus you have remedy under the Industrial Disputes Act being workman under the Act. You can file application under Section 33-C(2) of the Act for your unpaid dues. So for as gratuity is concerned, if you are otherwise eligible, you can file a case before the Controlling Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act of your area.
