Inam Abolishment Regarding

Dear Advocate(s) !

In, Tamil Nadu, in the year of 1977,Kanchipuram District, Patta allotted for 3 survey numbers in the year of 1977 based on abolishment of Inam.

The person who got patta as per above encroached lands besides the lands allocated to him.

That village people are fighting against it till 1985. But, still today continues.

What would be the remedy to them?

Experts! Please advice.

Once, he got patta, he is the owner of it.
The others cant oppose it.
