as per ur reply on section 125 my question was as we are married in delhi,child was born in ion of delhi and resisded last in delhi has the court in indore right to decide for maintaince or it can be cancelled and dismissed or tranfered to delhi for further action i think as per my knowledge goes there is no juridiction of indore court to decide maintaince and moreover the marriage is 7 years old does any dowry cases be filled and no fir registered till now can she file 498 in indore it has been 9 months for the sepration and i have not any summons from police nor any perious fir resigeterd in my case

if she live in indore she can file application u/s 125 Cr.P.C and Court of indore have power to decide it.
FIR u/s 498A can be filed againest u it is no bar of 7 year.
