I have purchased agri. land at 1988 in Gujarat but i am not farmer. I have done Ragistered sale deed also. now in 2007 Govt. Officer reject sale deed. what do I do to save my agri. land ?

You shall have to abide by the rules of State but you can go in appeal against the order of concerned authorities on the ground of delay and laches.
