Definitely the grandchildren have got legal right in the gifted property and thus the gifts made by some of the legal heirs of A in favour of his other legal heirs are not not valid and are liable to be set aside on the petition/suit of grand children of deceased A.

In my query about cable dispute there is no partnership deed its only oral agreement. my friend was one of the partner without his concent other sold/handed over the business to others what he has to do other than filing suit U/o20rule15CPC and sec 44(d)of partnership act can he ask for attachment before judgement of any property of their business how he can caliculate courtfee
