Sir,
i want to know the procedure of application by a member for duplicate share certificate and procedure to be followed by managing committee to issue duplicate share certificates

In case of a listed compny this is managed by the RTA of the company concerned. You may kndly send a letter either to the Secretarial/legal department of the company or to the RTA. Usually theu would request you to give a news paper notice and to send and indemnity bond. The format of the same you will get from the RTA of the Company itself.
