Unless it could be proved that there was a HUF ,your uncle can not claim the property of elder grand father.

Dear sir/madam

My grandfather was holding a plot in the prime location of our town, which has equally divided between my father and uncle. But my uncle and some how manage to take signature in fraud manner from my father and taken the full position of plot. Now he is claiming that my father has intentionally given him the full position. But my father has denied for the same and said that the signature is not mine. Now my uncle want to sell the whole plot and run with the money.
Do he has right to sell the plot for the any consideration or do he has right to transfer the plot in other’s name.
So now please advice me what defence action we take take.
How we can take the position of half of that plot.

Please advice.
