Dear Sir,

I have to confirm , Can I file a case against Companies manfacturing mineral water having diff M.r.p in Multiplex & General market inspite of contents are same, Pls confirm me under which act & which section I can file a case against Multiplexies & Bottling companies

No you cannot if there is an added service like keeping the water in a refrigerator and supplying you the cold water.
