In my family me,mother,big brother,brother in law and wife. we stay in a one roof.
we purchase 2 houses one is on my brother, and mother name and the another is brother,mother, and brother in law name. both are purchase when we stay jointly. our income and exp. in one roof.

Q : what is my right on these property

Who so ever is shown in the title documents is the owner of the property and merely residing in the house do not giv any legal right of ownership in favour of any person.
