Overcharging of mineral water

Hi,

All restuarants charge above the MRP for mineral water, which is allowed as per delhi high court ruling. But how much more can they charge? For a bottle with MRP of 15/-, can they charge Rs. 23/-. Its almost 50% more, which they say is hotel tax. Is it legal? Please advice.

Its illegal practice but some one should come forward to resist it and bring such hotels to High Court under contempt of court act.
