(Querist) 12 May 2010 This query is : Resolved 
Sir right now i am practice in district Bijnor.I have seen many our senior advocate make different kind of application to the court even though there is no provision of these application in C.P.C.For example application for getting amendment copy of plaint. Sir i want to know is it valid application?

Any application may be filed u/s 151 of C.P.C, if no specific provision has been provided.
