What is the status of case which have been reserved for judgment and the judge is transferred or suspended.

In such case, the subsequent judge shall hear the argument again.

The new Judicial Officer to whom the case will be transferred or the Judicial Officer who joins in place of the transferred or suspended Judge, cannot decide the case without hearing arguments and he will hear the parties again before passing the Judgment.
