I want to file a writ agaist HPCL an oil company for its negligence for prviding infrastructure to its dealer for the establishment of a petrolpump located in orissa .The dealer is coming under corpus fund category(sc and st).For your kind perusal please sggest me remedy.

first of all serve them with a detailed representation mentioning all facts and the relief sought.

in case of any inaction on the part of HPCL (since its a govt. body) you can move writ Petition.

take assistance of some lawyer in framing/drafting representation.

also collect all rules and regulations applicable to your business.
