RESPECTED ,SIR,RAJKUMAR MAKKAD JI ,THANQ FOR REPLY TO MY QUERY ,Here my friends mother got an a jagirdars own writing & signature document ,on his own letterpad , can it is valid to claim for her land ? kindly reply me. thanking you sir ,

The signed document can be one of the best documents/grounds for claiming her land but it shall be decided by civil court. So file a civil suit as earliest as possible and obtain stay order against further alienation for avoiding multiplication of litigation.
