Seeking divorce

My friend stays in Delhi since 6 yrs after marriage.The nikah was solemnised in Bihar.She is issueless and seeks a divorce under the dissolution of muslim marriage act,1939.Can she stay away from her husband for security reasons and file a case for divorce in Mumbai? Pls suggest

She may seeks a divorce under the dissolution of muslim marriage act,1939.

she can stay away from her husband for security reasons.

she may also file a case for divorce in Mumbai or at her residense or at her work place or at her convenienct place-subject to the valid conditions.
