Sri. Raj Kumar Makkad and
Sri Shivahari Mundhe.

I am not holding several posts but My husband is the President of several NGO's with different names but with almost the same Memorandum and Bye Laws.

Is he eligible to hold or should he quit.

He should quit holding various NGOs at the same time containing the same terms and conditions and bye-laws. What benefit he derives out of such holdings?

If his intention is clear and he want social service then he can do even under one NGO. It shall enhance public confidence and faith in him and he shall also be available for a specific cause.
