I am a 39 yr old working wife with 2 kids and belong to hindu community. I got married in 2019 it was an intercaste love marriage where my husband belong to SC category. Things were fine for the first 6 months but then mother in law started intervening alot due to which there were constant fights and my husband used to abuse and beat me this went for 3 years. Then I had my first child issues were still going on then I had my second child but still my husband wasn't happy he wanted to control my salary, wanted to keep away from my parents and lot of other harassment then I filed for DV case where I got interim maintenance from court of 10k for my kids and 2k for myself but my husband denied paying any maintenance stating he is unemployed bcz of FIR and DV case hence cannot pay maintenance and constantly has been challenging my case stating that I earn enough to take care of my child my yearly income is around 10LPA I don't need anything for myself but my kids need their right i have also filed 125 for the execution but there has been constant delay sometimes stating he is unemployed, he wants to appear party in person and now he has filed right to education and requested for time from the court, parallel to this he has been logging complaints against my lawyer in bar council against the judge, court staff stating they are biased and not verifying my documents properly hence they all need to be subjected to scrutiny it's been 5 yrs now with no maintenance managing my kids and very hard can someone help and guide me here please what are my options. I don't want to go back as he is very abusive and harmful person

Despite a court order for maintenance, her husband claims unemployment and is actively challenging the case, filing complaints against legal professionals and the court. She is seeking advice on how to effectively enforce the maintenance orders to support her children, as her financial situation is becoming increasingly difficult.

Since you have an advocate, you may rely upon your own advocate on all such further issues because it is a practical situation.

Since my husband has filed complaint against my lawyer he is now showing less interest and says let's wait and watch I am ok to watch but my financial situation is not getting any better with kids growing and the expenses growing I am just keen to know how can 1 enforce maintenance order is there any other way

You may file an execution petition before DV Court through some other lawyer if your lawyer is scared or showing less interest.
Let it be through District Legal Services Authority, where you can have free legal service, you are entitled.

I already have an execution petition filed where a distress warrant has been issued since last 1 year but no progress and updates can I file it again through another lawyer?
