The legal owner of the property is the individual whose name is on the registered title deed, regardless of who provided the money for the purchase. Since the plot was registered solely in your deceased brother's name, his wife is the primary legal heir and has a stronger claim to the property than you do. However, you may have a legal recourse by challenging the transaction under the Benami Transaction (Prohibition) Act.
You can file a civil suit in court to declare that the property is not a benami (held in a false name) transaction and that you are the true owner with the assistance of strong documentary evidence.
While there was an exception for close family relationships in the past, it was removed through a 2016 amendment. The onus is on you to prove that the transaction falls under a specific exception, which is difficult.

Write either in Hindi or English as it is very difficult to read, understand and oblige in Winglish.
It is better and appropriate to consult a local prudent lawyer with relevant records for proper analyses of the facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.

Yes, in view of the provisions of the Benami Transactions (prohibition) Act, there is no easy and effective remedy.
