kavksatyanarayana (Expert) 06 October 2025
Documents presented in court are generally provided to the opposing lawyers as part of the judicial process, allowing for scrutiny, cross-examination, and counter-arguments. Parties must produce documents they rely on, and these documents become part of the court record, open to examination by all parties involved in the case.
Dr. J C Vashista (Expert) 07 October 2025
