Police complaint - association - outgoing secretary

There is already a complaint pending with registrar on the illegally transferring the association activities to a set of people in the society without any proper election. A notice was served on the same to the association.

Despite the complaint is under investigation at the registrar, they are transfering the administration to the set of people. can I file a police complaint on association for illegally transferring the administration to other team ?

The police complaint will not be maintainable.Instead you can approach cooperative court directly with an injunction suit to restrain them from transferring the administration to some irrelevant people and causing loss to the members of the society.
you can file an application for temporary injunction too to restrain them from doing so till the disposal of the suit.
You can file an application for interim injunction too till the disposal of the temporary injunction application also.
The complaint with the registrar will take time for disposal hence for urgent relief you may follow the suggestions made here.

You shall make another complaint to the Registrar of Cooperative Societies and seek information, on what steps were taken on your first complaint using RTI. After getting a reply from the Registrar take necessary steps in the matter, and engage a local advocate if necessary in the matter.
