Can any body provide me Leave and Licence agreement for taking on licence a premises, please provide me in brief specific clauses that are required to be covered specifically for resturants Industry I am licencee in this case

Generally the clauses would remain same.
1. Basic understanding.
2. Commencement term and validity
3. License fee, mode of payment, penalty if any
4. Damages
5. Commercial use.
6. Insurance clause
7. Termination.
8. Force Majure.
9. Jurisdiction
Better befor going into drafting you kindly read Indian Easement Act and vet the agreement by your lawyer.
