HUF succession certificate

Can a succession certificate be issued for an HUF declaring the new Karta and so on? Please give me the procedure to obtain the same.

No succession certificate is required for changing Karta of family. Who so ever male member runs the HUF with mutual consent of the family shall be appointed/declared as Karta and no court direction is required for this purpose.
