Dear Sirs,
I am single father, staying with my old mother. I am unable to manage my job and house hold without domestic help worker. To take care of my mother and kid I have kept a full-time maid post her verification. I am signing a service contract with her with term and conditions. I am giving her 10k salary, food and accommodation, she is staying in same house.
What terms and conditions I can put in agreement to safe guard myself from any false accusations in future like sexual harassment /rape by her to extract money .

It is just your apprehension, nothing will go wrong to that extent.
However, if her intentions are wrong (as suspected) no term can bind/ stop her from taking such untoward step.
