cant the collected fine from the persons not having insurence on his vehicle if deposit the same in his name for insurence compelling to pay remaining in instalments support the injured or deceased on accident if any caused.

In such a case, there would be no punishment in real terms for the offence of not having valid and current insurance policy for the vehicle.

Your suggestion that the fine amount may be deposited with insurance company in the account of insurer's vehicle, would amount to encouragement of incentive for more and more accidents.

There is no provision of punishment in such cases.
