General body resolution with forged signatures

(Querist) 22 November 2017 This query is : Resolved
Some one becomes president of a charitable body by a fabricated resolution with most of the signatures being forged ones. What is the legal implication? Whether acts of such person vis-a-vis the charitable body are valid? Please advise.

you FILE AN APPLICATION IN COOPERATIVE COURT THAT THEY HAVE FORMED A FABRICATED COOPERATIVE SOCIETY RESOLUTION WITH FORGED SIGNATURES AND HENCE IT BE STRUCK DOWN.AS IT IS UNCONSTITUTIONAL.

1. Charity Institution's General Body resolutions (True or False) can be adjudicated "ONLY" before the charity commissioner office or the civil court. IT CANNOT BE ADJUDICATED BEFORE THE COOPERATIVE COURTS.

2. IF signatures are false and fabricated, THEN file a private criminal complaint before the local Magistrates court.
