MV casr

(Querist) 31 July 2017 This query is : Resolved 
Sir I am an accident with two whiler and I am driving a car
The case is as per MV act running in court
The Frist the case is on judicial case
In that I am not in fault but some advocate are advised me to accept the crime and let the case shut
But with that this is some crime on me is proved so that I can not live as other civilization
So how do run this case in the
I have all the documents are required for insurance of MV act
