Am newly joined company without resignation to previous company worked on sick leave, now I resigned my previous company without notice period any legal issues of my new job

The resignation was dated.................before DOJ of next establishment?

The sick leave has been submitted upto DOJ?

The appointment letter/service rules of both employer narrate about parallel/double employment?
