Dear Sir,

I have a client who wants to put his personal property in HUF property pool.

Advice from experts will be highly appreciated.

1) What type of agreement should be made if personal property is to be put in the HUF property pool?

2) Will there be any stamp duty on the above for Maharashtra State?

Do the declaration of the property mentioning the property is HUF property as the property is purchased out of the revenue generated through the HUF property.
