Property purchased by a man in name of his 5 month old son

a person purchased a piece of land in the name of his son (5 months old) and later started business in 974,

in 2012 the son asked for the property as the title to property is in his name.

How justified is this demand?

Demand is justified. The interest of Minor is always protected by Courts.

If the title is in the name of the minor, after attaining majority, the deemed owner can demand the property.

The Guardian or father is the agent of the minor and should protect the property exclusively for the benefit of the minor.

Thus the minor demand is valid and jusitified in Law.
