My client want to purchase a property of one village of Maharashtra,proprty is in the name of god 'Bhairoba'. 7/12 extract is in the name of god and Prist having his name in the other rights.So how to purchase a such land and wich provision?

Before any sale deed is executed, the priest-poojari- has to obtain permission from the Charity Commissioner and only after the permission is granted,the property could be purchased.If the property is purchased without prior permission,the sale would be invalid.
