Recovery under gujarat sales tax act 1956.

My query is regarding the recovery of dues under repealed Gujarat sales tax Act. Which is whether any dues under Gujarat sales Tax Act can be recovered under Gujarat VAT Act 2006 or not ? Is there any Judgement relating to the same?
