right on grafather property

my grandfathers property has been accquired by my aunt(bua) in her name without informing my father and now she n my uncle(chachu) is also in her side.
can me or my father suite a case on her.
did we got our share on that property.
please guide us

The property about which you are talking about is the self acquired property of the grandfather or ancestral property ?

By what instrument your bua and chahaji is claiming that property to be there's property.
