my wife is having account with icici so can i get her account statement by filling rti or is there any other way by which i can obtain the information as same is required by me for legal proceedings.Also, how can i get her income tax return statement

Bank account is personal and personal information cannot be sought under RTI act. Bank's will neither disclose such information. What prevents you in approaching your wife to get her bank account statement?

What is the purpose for getting it , you have not mentioned?

Such information can not be received by RTI.

If some court case is pending, prey to issue summons to the Bankers and IT officials with the information.
