Legal validity of mou

We six family members have made a registered M O U to divide in certain ratio
sale proceeds of ancestral property.

1) Is this M O U valid in court of law.

2) Can a property be transferred in the name of minor.

The details are that according to law the distribution of sale should be equal. But some disputes crop among members and it was finally agreed and decided that sale proceeds should be distributed in the ratio of 20, 25, 10, 15, 10, and 20 percent.

The same was put in M O U and registered.

Such M O U will stand valid in court of law or not.

It seems, it is your academic query and has no relation with any personal problem. The question arises, when MOU has already been written down and got registered, with what specific concern you are trying to link that with the court of law? Why don't you state, what is the real problem, if any, you still are experiencing even after arriving at a MOU?
