Theft of it return and other data by breaking my password

Dear Sir(s),

kindly suggest what to do in the circumstances that some one from wife side has breaken my password and entered into the income tax site. entering in my login, they took all the copy of my income tax return & 26As and other informations.

Wife submitted all the copy before the family court.

i have evidence of Mobile no and email ID through which my password is changed and taken all the information.
pls. suggest what to take legal action ?

If you have enough evidence of your password having been changed only by the person having the mobile No & email ID, you may approach to the cyber cell of the police to file a complaint.

You have earlier also, a year ago, posted similar query about unauthorised access of the income tax site with your login ID, as on the following link and seemed to have got appropriate solutions.

What kind of doubt you still have about that. Better discuss that clearly.

If you have the proof of changing your password by some other person, lodge cyber crime complaint.
