Anirudh (Expert) 03 January 2015
If the deceased does not have any other brother or sister than your grand father, and if your grand father is alive, then the property of the deceased will go to your grandfather.
In case your grandfather is not alive, then the property will go equally to the son and daughter of your grandfather.
T. Kalaiselvan, Advocate (Expert) 03 January 2015
If your father is living, he may inherit the intestate property as surviving heir to the deceased, he will get priority over Nagarathna and may inherit entire property if Sheshamma is not alive.
